1. Play the Ball up Everywhere one Club length.
2. We give all putts in the Leather except  eagle, birdie, par  putts - They must be putted out.
3. Play it up in the Bunkers (level lie).
4. A Player can only receive one trophy so if you are close mark it (Long Drive, Long Putt & Closest to Pin).
5. Age 15 & Under, Age 65 & over & all Women can Play the Red Tees
   We have at least 2 players this year that can play the red tees (Play Them).
   We try to make this tournament fun & fair for everyone that plays. That is why there are so many prizes.

6. If the course is real wet we will play lift, clean and place.

Some details on the course.

If it rains Friday night or Saturday morning we will play lift clean and place of your ball.

We will be playing the ball up in the bunkers (sand trap) they do not have enough sand in some of the bunkers and the ball will roll under the lips of the bunker, making it impossible to hit your ball. Move the ball away from the lip of the bunker but still within the bunker so you have a swing at the ball.

Results of this years tournament will be posted under 2015 results on the main page of this website. Look down the left side of the main page and click on 2015 results . Results should be posted no later than 7:30am 11 -September- 2015.

Were now ready to start playing golf but there is one thing we need to talk about before we start Playing.

SLOW PLAY - Play in 4 hours

Some things to speed up the play of your group.

1. When it is your turn to putt be ready. Look at your putts from all different sides of the hole while others players are putting. Don't start looking at your putt from all different sides of the hole when it is your turn to putt. This is the number one slow play killer in the game. Be ready don't make others play your game.

2. Play ready golf. When on the tee, fairway or rough if you are ready to hit get up there and hit it. Don't play the honor system - play ready golf.

3. Keep a good eye on your ball when you hit it. The rough at Wellington will be high with all the rain we received this week.

4. If you can't find your ball. Get help from others in the group finding your ball.

5. If you are riding a cart let the person walking or let the slowest player in the group hit before the last person hits. We all know who that player is after a couple of holes.

6. If you are a hole behind try to speed up your play slightly and catch up with the group in front of you. If you have five players in your group this might not be possible but play as fast as you can. Remember if you are a hole behind you are making the people behind you play your game and nobody wants to play that way.
